Wow. You'd think I'd forgotten the password to this place, seeing as how I haven't written here in ages.

HAPPY 2ND ANNIVERSARY, JEB!

That's right, today is my second anniversary, which is quite a momentous occasion, considering I wasn't sure I'd even make it to my FIRST anniversary, let alone a second, or third, etc. But here it is, my second anniversary.

In other happy news, I'm finally back in school. Remember how I always regretted not finishing school and how I always talked about going back? Well I finally did it. Hot damn! It's only one class right now and it's only a one credit research course, but it's a start. I'm in. And next semester I'm hoping to load myself up with a fuller schedule and work my way toward that degree. I'm majoring in Psychology with a minor in Criminal Justice... unless I decide on a double major. And after that, I'm thinking law school.

Things have been going well at work and my mentor, A, is wonderful about answering my endless questions, and letting me brainstorm with her over cases, and letting me help investigate matters. I'm really glad I met her because working with her has stoked the embers of my law school fire and it's really pushing me forward toward that goal. I'm having fun and liking law at last, and think I may have finally found my niche.

There's more going on in my life but let's just leave it at that for now... :)
