If anyone still reads this diary, I'm sending out a request for prayers (or whatever it is you do if it isn't praying).

My sister has an appointment on Friday morning for a biopsy - she may have thyroid cancer. She's had some thyroid problems before (not cancer) and apparently her sonograms have gotten worse since her last check up.

So please, say a prayer, light a candle, make a wish on a falling star, or do whatever it is you do in hopes of making good things happen... and please let my sister be alright.
