Does anyone remember that 80's song (I don't know if it was ever a bona fide "hit") called, "I Wanna Be a Cowboy," featuring the great chorus of, "I wanna be a cowboy, and you can be my cowgirl." No, you don't remember that? Because it's playing on VH1's I Love the 80's internet radio and it brings back the 80's memories for me. I used to love that song. In case you're wondering, the artist is Boys Don't Cry, not to be confused with The Cure's song of the same name.

But speaking of Western-themed 80's songs, do you remember Kool Moe Dee's "Wild Wild West," not to be confused with the Escape Club's "Wild Wild West" song.

Ahh, the 80's. I was an awkward teenager full of angst and unrequited love, but damn was the music good.
